On liovember 5,1974, we issued Amendment No. 8 to License No. DPR-6.
- This amendment included Change No. 45 to the Technical Specifications.
Through an oversight on item 1 of the attachment to the amendment, Specification 4.1.2(c)3(a) referred to "... program of 4.6.k.,..."
when it should have been "... program of Table 9.3(b),.... We regret this error. Please correct your Technical Specifications accordingly.
