Re: Nine Mile Point Unit 2 Docket No. 50-410 Your November 6,1980 I.E. Bulletin No. 80-21 requested Niagara Mohawk to detemine if any of the active valves planned for use in safety related systems at Nine Mile Point Unit 2 have valve parts cast by Malcolm Foundry, Inc. The suppliers of active valves for Unit 2 have been contacted and it has been determined that no valve parts cast by Malcolm Foundry are being used in safety related systems for Unit 2.
Per your request the review and preparation of our response to I. E.
Bulletin 80-21 required forty (40) manhours by Niagara Mohawk and its consultants.
