Dear Mr. Keppler:
This is to confirm my telephone report utilizing the red phone at 1530 hours0.0177 days <br />0.425 hours <br />0.00253 weeks <br />5.82165e-4 months <br /> on August 17, 1981, and subsequent notification to your Region III Inspector, Mr. E. Swanson. The purpose of this call was to advise the Nuclear Regulatory Commission that a seismic inadequacy existed in addition to that reported on August 14, 1981, concerning the structural anchorage for certain pieces of equipment comprising the Unit 1 and 2 Electrical Power Systems.
A followup report will be submitted by August 30, 1981.
