Dear Mr. reppler:
This is to confinn my telephone report utilizing the red phone at 1800 hours0.0208 days <br />0.5 hours <br />0.00298 weeks <br />6.849e-4 months <br /> on August 14, 1981, and subsequent notification to your Region III Inspector, Mr. N. DuBry. The purpose of this call was to advise the Nuclear Regulatory Comaission that a seismic inadequacy existed in the structural anchorage for certain pieces of equipment comprising the Unit 1 and 2 Auxiliary Feedwater System.
In addition to my notification, Mr. R.W. Jurgensen, AEPSC, also notified Region III. and NRR.
A followup report will be submitted by August 2F,1981.
