SUPJECT: ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROLS - BIG ROCK POINT The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 46 to Facility Operating Licensa No. DPR-6 for the Big Rock Point Plant. This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated February 16, 1981 as supplemented July 1,1981. These filings supersede your submittals dated July 16, August 3, and October 31, 1979.
This amendment authorizes changes to Section 6.0 - Administrative Controls. The changes include the addition of a Shift Technical Advisor to the shift staffing requirements.
Copies of our related Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
