MOTION OF THE COMMONWEALTH l (/ggy TO EXTEND TIME FOR 7,-

g-FILING MOTION TO COMPEL ANSWERS BY APPLICANTS y

TO TMI INTERROGATORIES N'

On Augte t 28, 1981, tM Applicants filed their Response to the Commonwealth's First. Set of Interrogatories to Boston Edison Company Relative to TMI Issues.

Since that time, as the Board well knows, the Commonwealth has directed its attention to alterting the parties and the Board to certain scheduling problems requiring immediate remedial action.

As a result of the September 4 conference call among the Board and parties, those scheduling problems have now been satisfactorily resolved.

However, as a result of devoting its attention to obtaining that resolution, the Commonwealth has been unable to focus its attention on reviewing the Applicants' Response to its TMI Interrogatories.
