Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and 37 copies of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating License DPR-56.
This Application requests a change to the Peach Bottom Unit 3 Technical Specifications to permit startup and operation of Unit 3 for a limited period at reduced load with one low pressure coolant injection pump inoperable.
Pursuant to Section 170.12 of the Commission's regula tions, there is enclosed a check payable to the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $4,000 to cover the filing fee for this Application.
