Based on a recent review of your Security Plan for the Palisados Plant and concerns expressed by the Office of Inspection and Enforcenent, Region III, we have determined 1. hat certain portions of your plan need to be revised to meet the requirenents of 10 CFR 73.55. Accordingly, it is requested that the plan be amended consistent with the enclosed C o.'Ticnts.
