ORDER September 14, 1981 Earlier today, the Iicensing Board entered an order in this operating license proceeding in which it (1) modified its July 29 and August 7, 1981 orders concerning earthquakes and emergency planning; and (2) referred those orders to an appeal board under the provisions of 10 CFR 2.730 (f).
The parties to the proceeding are hereby requested to file memo-randa on or before September 30, 1981 setting forth their position on (1) whether acceptance of the referral is warranted and (2) the merits of the referred determinations of the Board below.
