_ AMENDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE Amendment No. 6 License No. R-106 1.
The Nuclear Regulatory Comission (the Commission) has found that:
A.
The filing by the Oregon State University (the licensee) dated July 10, 1980 complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Commission's rules and regulations set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I; The facility will operate in confonnity with the provisions of B.
the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and the rules and regulations of the Commission; There is reasonable assurance (i) that the activities authorized C.
by this amendment can be conducted without endangering the health and safety of the public, and (ii) that such activities will be conducted in compliance with the Commission's regulations; The issuance of this amer hent will not be inimical to the common D.
defense and security or to the health and safety of the public; The issuance of this amendment is in accordance with 10 CFR Part E.
51 of the Commission's regulations and all applicable requirements have been satisfied; and Publication of notice of this amendment is not required since it F.
does not involve a significant hazards consideration nor amendment of a license of the type described in 10 CFR Section 2.106(a)(2).
Accordingly, the license is amended by changing paragraph 2.B.(2) of 2.
Facility Operating License No. R-106 to read as follows:

-z-2.B.(2) Pursuant to the Act and 10 CFR Part 70, "Special Nuclear Matet.1", to receive, possess, and use up to 16.3 kilograms of contained uranium-235, in connection with operation of the reactor; and to receive and possess, but'not to use, approximately 656 grams of uranium-235 at an enrichment of appro-ximately 19.79% contained in the control rods and core from the AGN-201 reactor, License No. R-51, Docket No. 50-106.
This license amendment is effective as of the date of its issuance.
