.1 Your letter of February 11, 1981, transmitted an NRC order pertaining to our Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-21 and required 'that we prepare and submit radiological contingency planning information, to NRC for review. The order, which became effective March 3,1981, required that we develop and submit within 180 days of that effective date an on-site radiological contingency plan applicable to the opera-tions licensed pursuant to Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-21.
In compliance with that order, submitted herewith is our radiological contingency planning information in the form of Document ESG-81-30, "0nsite Radiological Contingency Plan for Rockwell International Operations Licensed Under Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-21," August 28, 1981.
Six copies of the document are enclosed for your review.
