Your letter dated May 15,1981, raquested a reassessment of our fee determination of a Class IV fee (pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22) for your September 15,1980 appli-cation regarding Lessons Learned Technical Specifications for Peach Bottom Unit No. 2.
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the fee classes for applications relating to THI-2 Lesnns Learned Technical Specifications are undergoing an overall review by t.ha Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation. This does not meen that these applications will be exempt from fees. The overall review is being done to assure that the fee class being determined for ehch facility is applicable and that fees are consistently applied to the plant specific applications. Whm this review is completed, we will respond more specifically to your letter of May 15, 1981.
