Our letter dated July 6,1981, requested an additional sum of $2.800 pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 for your application dated March 23,1981, which proposed a Technical Specification change for the Big Rock Point Plant high enclosure scram setting.
With the issuance of Amendment No. 45 to License No. DPR-6 on August 5,1981, the staff of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) completed the review for this application. As a result of this final review, the ONRR staff has now deter-mined that the review involved an administrative consideration; therefore, the Class II fee of $1,200 which you have already paid is appropriate in lieu of the Class III previously determined and addressed in our July 6 letter. On this basis, the additional $2.800 requested in our July 6 letter is no longer due the USNRC.
