There are many people here in San Luis Obispo who want the Diablo Canyon Power Plant to open soon.

I have seen the Plant and as an engineer I feel that it is as safe as any stkucture can be made.

If California has a major earthquake in this area the Power Plant will probably be the only structure that will survive it.

Let's keep America strong and free from control by oil countries by opening Diablo as soon as possible.
