Our response (Peference 4) revised the anticipated completion date of the expanded scope of review to include the contractors' entire de-ficiency control systems to August 1,1981.
The audit of contractor deficiersy control systems has been completed.
Preliminary results indicate that contract modifications have been initiated, however, additional time is required to allow contractors to revise procedures and effect implementation. Anticipated completion is December 1,1981.
