MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO NIPSCO'S FOURTH SET OF INTERROGATORIES People of the State of Illinois, by TYRONE C. FAHNER, Attorney General of the State of Illinois, hereby moves the Board for an order extending to and including September 28, 19R1 the time within which Illinois must file responses to NIPSCO's '.ourth Set of Interrogatories to the State of Illinois.
Responses to these Interrogatories were due on August 18, 1981.
Due to the press of work resulting from the August 3, 1981 Board order and from the other responsibilities of the undersigned in the Attorney General's office, preparation of responses to the Interrogatories could not be completed within the August 18, 1981

time period.
No prejudice to any party will result if the extension of time sought by this motion is granted.
