PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS' SUPPLEMENT TO MOTION FOR
{ u.s.gajg hXTENDING TIME FOR TAKING DEPOSITIONS

t 11, 1981 People of the State of Illinois moved the Board to extend the September 30 deadline for taking depositions established by the Board's order of August 3, 1981 (conference call).
As further support for that motion the undersigned states that oral argument in an appeal for which she is responsible--People of the State of Illinois v.
Kerr-McGee Chemical Corporation, 81-ll10--has been set by the United States Court of Igpeals for the Seventh Cir-cuit for October 2, 1981.. It will be necessary for counsel to spend approximately one week prior to oral argument preparing there-for.
(See copy of Notice Of Oral Argument attached hereto.)
More-over, during the entire week preceding the oral argument, the other assistant attorney general, Mary Jo Murray, assigned to this pro-ceeding will be out of town.
Therefore i' will be impossible for the Illinois Attorney General's office to devote any time to the depositions noticed herein during the last week of September.
