1) Letter, D. L. Renberger to R. H. Engleken, same subject, dated May 14,1981, G03-81 -1069.

The referenced letter advised the NRC that the Supply System was conducting an assessment of concrete expansion anstor utilization on the UNP-3/5 Projects.

The results of that survey, which were expected by mid-July, are now being compiled.

Present indications confirm f.h.it where expansion anchor instal-lations are utilized, the criteria containej in IE Bulletin 79-02 are satisfied.

The complete assessment of expi.nsion anchor utilization is now expected to be complete by August 31, 1981, at which the NRC will be advised of the res ul ts.
