Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
On March I',, 1981 your staff was notified that the lower lateral supports for the eteam generators in loops three and four were not welded in accord-ance with the design drawing. Reportable Occurrence Report R0-369/81-28 was to have beea submitted by April 6, 1981. At this time, all of the required infotnation is not yet available. The complete report will be submitted by April 22, 1981.
