39 20 IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED pursuant 10 C.F.R. S 2.753 21 by the parties hereto, through their respective undersigned 22 attorney, as follows:

The order of presentation shall be that the 9 Applicants will present their case Lirst, followed by 10 Intervenor GUARD, followed by the Staff.
Complete cases will 11 De presented, as distinguished from contention by contention 12 presentations.

Applicants have notified Intervenor GUARD and 14 tne NRC Staff that one of its proposed witnesses, Eugene N.
15 Cramer, formerly (prior to 1969) was a co-worker of and 16 acquainted with Board Member Elizabeth Johnson.
Neither 17 Intervenor GUARD nor the NRC Staff has any objection to Mr.
18 Cramer appearing as a witness in these hearings on Contention 19 Nos. 1 or 2 and it is agreed that he may do so.
