The staff has comleted its review of the D&1l Report, BM-1623, June 1930, "Lontrol Rod Guide Tube Ucar !!easurement Program".
The results of cur review of this report are contained in the enclosed Safety Evaluation Report.
Based on this review, the staff has concluded that the issue af Control Rod Guide Tube Hear has been adequaf ely addressed for BMW facilities an'i con-siders this M;;lti-Plant issue to be closed.
