As part of our review for an operating license for Zimmer please provide confirmation within 30 days after receipt of this letter that a prompt notification systen will be installed including a schedule for installation, a description of the system, and a description or listing of the problems that may hinder inplementation.

Le expect that the Federal Emergency Management Agency will review the acequacy of tne system by evaluating the results of an actual system test, probably during the joint exercise of your facility with offsite authorities.

A copy of yc:fr response should be provided to Brian Grimes, Director, Division of Emergency Preparedness, Washington, D.C. 20555.
