I have received your letter of August 26,1993 concerning the request for.
exemption from annual fees recently imposed upon non-profit educational -
' licenses. Your letter contained an error which I wish to correct. My letter of.
August 10 was not a request for an exemption. Instead,it was a request for confirmation concerning my interpretation of the Notice to Non-Profit Educational Licensees, dated August 5.1993, sent to us by the NRC. THE _
