This letter responds to the rule requirements (Reference 1) to submit an Additional Protocol (AP) "Annual Update Report" or a "No Changes Report" by January 31 of the year subsequent to the reporting year.

The San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) Unit 2 plant configLJration and use is unchanged from the Additional Protocol Update Report for the reporting year of 2018 for San
