and 3 This letter provides the Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report (ARERR) for the calendar year of 1993. The ARERR is required to be submitted by 10 CFR 50.36, Technical Specificatione D6.9.1.4 of the Unit 1 Facility License, DPR-13, and 6.9.1.6 of the Units 2 and 3' Facility Operating Licenses, NPF-10 and NPF-15, respectively.

Changes made to the Offsite Dose Calculation Manuals (ODCM) are required to be submitted with the ARERR by the Technical Specifications.

Enclosed with this letter are Revisi7n 9 of the Unit 1 ODCM and Revision 26 of the Units 2/3 ODCM.

'lnere were no changes made to either the' Process Control Program or the Units 2 and 3 Radioactive Waste Treatment Systems during 1993.

Unit I was permanently shutdown on November 30, 1992.

Effective March 9, 1993, the Unit 1 Facility Operating License became a Possession Only License.

As a result of the permanent shutdown, the Unit i radioactive waste gas system was permanently removed t
