The original request was.aubmitted by letter dated September 14, 1990 (PY-CEI/NRR-1188L) which lequested revision of the reactor. vessel pressure-temperature limits.
- This supplemental-request br;1ves removal of the Reactor Vessel Material Surveillance Program - Withdrawal Schedule ochnical Specification Table 4.4.6.1.3-1,-pg. 3/4 4-22) from the Technic' Specifications, and inclusion of the trithdrawal schedule in the PNPP Updated Safety Analysis Report (USAR) as discussed in Generic-Letter 91-01.
Attachment l'provides the proposed Technical Specification pages,' one of which supersedes a page provided la out
-previous 'deptember 14, 1990 letter. The remaining changes proposed in the September 14, 1990 letter remain valid. Attachment 2 provides the Description of Changes, and the Significant Hazards and Environmental Considerations for this supplement.- The Significant Hazards and Environmental Consideratlocs of the~ September 19, 1990 letter also remain valid, and when combined with the tonsiderations in this letter, fully address this change request.
