In accordance with instructions contained in Reference (1) and Technical Specification Amendments contained in Reference (2), we are submitting information concerning operability and availability of the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor-(LA.CBWR) for the month of February.
The La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor was permanently shut down on Apri' 30, 1987. All cumulative operability data has been fixed at the end of April 1987, since that was the termination of plant operation.

Defueling of the reactor.was completed June 11, 1987.
During the month of February, no cafety-related maintenance was performed..
A Type-B leakage test was performed on the Emergency Air Lock with
-satisfactory results.
The leakage rate measured during the airlock test 1
performed on Feb. 19, 1991, was.259 SCFH.
