By letters dated January 26 and November 19, 1990, Duke Power Company responded to the subject generic letter for the McGuire Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2.
Noting that you have concitted to each of the five reconnended actions of GL 89-13, or to an equally effective alternative course of action for 'one or more of them, we accept-your response as conforming to the guidance of the generic letter. You are reminded that you are required to confirm to the NRC that all the recommended actions or their justified alternatives have been implemented within 30' days of implementation of the final action.
