This TS Au being submitted as discussed in the request for Temporary Waiver of Compliance which was verbally given on February 25, 1991 and an described in M. S. Tuckman's written follow-up .lottor dated February 26, 1991.

We are requesting approval of this TS Amendment no earlier than March 6, 1991. This will rasure adequate timo for the needed station modifications and procedure changea to be completed and tested.

Pursuant to 10CFR 50.91 (b)(1), the approprinto South Carolina official is being provided a copy of this arnendment. request..
