Description:

Due to a failure of a drain line valve from the Reactor Makeup Water Storage Tank (RMWST), approximately 30 gallons of slightly contamleated water was spilled on the ground. This resulted in the removal of approximately 3 cubic w t of contaminated soil for burial. Consequences: The dose to the public at the site boundary was calculated to be 8.125E-6 mrem. Description:

Gaseous Waste Management (WG) compressor'A was secured on November 21, 1990 due to a seal water 7 leak. Upon being secured, the unloader v dve (lWG23) automatically opened. This valve remained open until November 23, 1990. As a result of this valve being open, the Shutdown Wasto 'as Decay Tank (SDWGDT) A pressure (3 pounds) bled bank througn the hole in the seal water loop. This resalted in the tank venting its contents to Room 207 in the Auxiliary Building.
