Description of the Occurrence While perfonring the daily instrument channel checks of I

neteorological instrumentation, as required

- by Technical Specification 4.34, Tablo 4.34-1, plant operators were unable to t

verify acceptable operation of the instruments listed in Tablo 1 below.

All instrumentation channels were declared operable on January 16, 1991.
