. Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Generic Letter 89-10, Supplement No. 3 Additional Information On October 25, 1990, the USNRC issued Generic Letter 89-10, Supplement 3,

" Consideration of the hasults of NRC Sponsored Tests of Motor Operated Valves." This document contained a required response within 30 days of receipt of the supplement. By letter dated December 26, 1990, GPU Nuclear responded to the information request by requesting an extension of the due date to February 15, 1991. This letter completes the GPU Nuclear response for the information requested.

A plant specific safety assessment for the valves in the supply line for the Reactor Water Cleanup System and the valves in the lines for the Isolation Condensers has been_ completed which addreeses the concerne specified in GL 89-10, Sup. 3. -As was previously indicated, no immediate safety concerns were identified. Additionally, no deficiencies of greater significance than those specified in Supplement 3 were noted. This assessment is available on site for
