SUMMARY
REPORT (FHSR)
This letter supersedes our letter dated January 14, 1991 which mistakenly was not signed by an Officer of the Company ao required by 10 CFR 50.71(c).
In addition, the attached pages should also be added to Revision 1 of the Updated FHSR.
In accordance with 10CFR50.71 one original and ten copies of this submittal as anecified in 10CFR50.4 are enclosed.
This revision is submitted on a replacement page basis and is accompanied by a list identifying the current pagea of the FESR folleving onge replacement. A bold line vertically drawn in ths margin with the change number " Revision 1" in the upper right-hand corner indicates the area changed.
In addition, in accordance with 10CFR50.71, an identificition of FHSR changes made under the provisions of 10CFR50.59, but not previoully submitted to the NRC, are listed below.
Update Table 9-1 to reflect the installation of the third new spent fuel storage rach (Section 9)
Incorporate modification to Emergency Diesel Generator Cdrcuit (Sections 8.3.4.3, 9.5.5 and 9.5.6)-
Incorporate removal of primary neutron sources from the core during power operation (Section 5.3.1.9.9)
Revise (Section 4.5) to address changes made to operating procedures discussed in a letter dated October 15, 1990 dealing with recirculation

4 and 15. 8.1) to p resent the changes made by the installation of control :ircuitry to-automatically trip a recirculation pump upon load rejection.
These chant,es vill also be reported in the 1990 NRC Annual Report for Eig Rock Point Plant.
To the best of my knowledge, this revision accurately incorporates all changes made to the Big Rock Point Plant or to the 91g Rock Point Procedures described in the FHSR, and all other applicable information contained in licensing submittals within 6 months prior to the date of this submittal.
