Docket No. 50-361 Special Report San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 2 Technical Specification (TS) Section 3.3.3.1 to Facility License NPF 10 for San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 2, requires Southern California Edison (SCE) provide a Special Report when the Condenser Evacuation System Noble Gas Monitor becomes inoperable for greater than 72 hours8.333333e-4 days <br />0.02 hours <br />1.190476e-4 weeks <br />2.7396e-5 months <br />. This transmittal provides the Special Report required by TS 3.3.3.1.

On October 29,1990, with Unit 2 at 100% power, Condenser Evacuation System Wide Range Noble Gas Monitor 2RT.7870 was removed from service for the 18-month channel calibration sutveillance required by TS 4.3.3.1, Table 4.3 3. SCE anticipates returning 2RT 7870 to service by November 19,1990, following completion of satisfactory channel calibration.  :
