ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT NO.165 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. NPF.1, TROJAN NUCLEAR ~ PLANT (TAC NO. 6663M The Connission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.165 to Facility Operating License No. NPF.1 for the Trojan Nuclear Plant. The amendment consists of-changes to the Techni;al Specifications in response to your application dated November 9,1981, (LCA 159), and supplemented by letter of. February 25,
-1988.
I The amendment revises Trojan Technical Specification (TS) Section 3.9.9,
" Containment Ventilatian Isolation System," (CVIS), by changing the Mode in which the TS is applicable from " MODE 6" to "During CORE ALTERATIONS or movement of irradiated fuel within the Containment."
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The notice of issuance will be included in the Commission's next regular biweekly 4
Federal Register notice.
