The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission (Comission) has issued Amendment -

-No. 35 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-58, issued to The Cleveland Electric:lllominating Company, Duquesne Light Company, Ohio Edison Company, Pennsylvania Power Company and Toledo Edison Company (the licensees), which.
revised the: Technical Specifications for operation of the Perry Nuclear Power LPlant, Unit No.'It, located in' Lake County, Ohio. The amendment was effective 1
i as of'the date of issuance'.
The amendment modified the' Technical Specifications to allow opening of i"
up to six 3/4-inch vent and drain lines for Type CLlocal leak rate testing
- during refueling activities,. after. the: reactor-has been-subcritical'for at j

The_ application for-the amendment complies with the standards and-requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of -1954, as amended (the: Act), and the Commission's rules-and regulations.
