" Technical and Publication Assistance for Technical Specifications Improvement Program
This Modification No. 3 is:being issued to provide: incremental funding'in' the amount af $74,000. Therefore, the amount obligated with respect to this Letter Contract is increased by $74,000, from $126,000 to $200,000.
This amount represents the maximum liability to the Commission-in the event of L
failure to reach agreement on a definitive contract.
