Modification No. 2 to Letter Contract No. NdC-03-90-033 Entitled
" Technical and Publication Assistance for Technical Specifications 1
Improvement Program" To confirm our September 7, 1990 conversation, this-Modification No. 2 is being issued to provide incremental funding in the amount of $40,000.
Therefore, the amount obligated with respect to this Letter Contract _is
-increased by $40,000, from $86,000 to $126,000.
This amount represents the maximum liability to the Commission in the event of failure to reach agreement on a definitive contract.
All'other terms and conditions of the Letter Contract remain the same.
Please indicate your acceptance of this modification by signing and returning three copies of this letter which represents the supplemental agreement of the parties.
