MOTION TO COMPEL DISCOVE9Y Wells Eddleman hereby respectfully shows,the following: (1) g farest Ql Applicants have not answered ny interrogatories of 1-15-83 and state va ne som bjections (Feb. 1)(" motion").-(2) 10 CFR 2.730(a) nrovides that filing a motion, unless otherwise orderfd, doesn't stay the 3 Fw 0.f WO s uch o rdev, time to resnond to interrogatories, etc.j (3) Eddlenan '15, te which the 1-15-83 interrogatories are relevant (see attached Answer to Anpbicants' Feb. 1 Motion), is an admitted contentio'n. (h) Applicants l have failed to show that any part of the h2 interrogatories is specifically not relevant, nrivileged, on unduly burdensome to them to produce (nakes assertions by them re burdensoneness 60twithstanding).

(5) Anolicants have failed to show valid reason for a nrotective order (urotective order or that section) un er 2.740(s) and do not even refer to it4 at all in their 2-1 Motion.

(6) 10 CFR 2.740(f) states that failure to answer shall not ha excus 4 unless the party so failing (Anplicants here) has anolied for a '

protective order under 2 7h0(c).
