This refers to your letter dated July 19, 1982, for an exten-i sion of the date to complete your physical inventory.
Your letter stated the fee was being mailed for the request.

An administrative amendment fee of $150 is required as specified in Section 170.31 (1B) of 10 CFR 170.
Payment should be made to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and mailed to my attention.
