Dear Mr. Evans:
In accordance with your letter dated March 5,1982 a list of interim measures which UNC-NP will provide until final Upgrade Physical Protection Plan construction / modification / installation is completed, is submitted herewith. The attached split page format and the interim measures indicated were developed during a meeting with Mr. R. Rentschler and Mr. R. Manili of your office on March 24, 1982. Attached are five (5) copies.
UNC-NP will implement these measures as of this date.
