SUBJECT:
APPROVAL OF ACCESS TO MONTICELLO ISI RECORDS In order to reach resolution of a differing professional opinion expressed by a staff member of the Division of Engineering, it is necessary that the originator of the DPO, Joseph Halapatz, be granted onsite access to inser-vice inspection records relating to ASME Section XI examination category B-N-2.
It is estimated that Joe's onsite review of the records will not exceed two workdays and would be scheduled, contingent on your approval, for early August 1982 or later.
