Dear Mr. Counsil:
This is in response to your letter of November 3,1982 in which you enclosed certain changes to Revision 9 of the Millstone Nuclear Power Station Modified Amended Security Plan previously submitted on June 3,1982.
We now agree that the changes are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and do not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan. The changes are, therefore, acceptable.
The enclosures to your letter contain Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and are, therefore, being withheld from public disclosure.
