HOTICE OF RECEIPT OF ANTITRUST INFORMATION The Northeast Nuclear Energy Company, acting as agent and representative for the fifteen co-owners of the Millstone 3 nuclear unit, has submitted anti-trust information in con. junction with the application for an operating license for a pressurized water nuclear plant known as Millstone 3, located in New London County, Connecticut. The data subnitted contains antitrust information for review pursuant to NRC Regulatory Guide 9.3 necessary to deternine whether there have been any significant changes since the completion of the antitrust review at the construction permit stage.

- Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Northeast Utili-ties) has no ownershio interest in the Unit. The following fifteen electric utilities own the unit as tenants in comon: The Connecticut Light and Power Conoany and Western Massachusetts Electric Company (also wholly-owned subsi-diaries of Northeast Utilities), Burlington Electric Light Department, Central Maine Power Company, Central Vemont Public Service Corporation, Chicopee ftunicipal Lighting Plant, Connecticut ttunicipal Electric Energy Cooperative, Fitchburg Gas and Electric Light Company, V111ane of Lyndonville Electric Department, Massachusetts Municipal Wholesale Electric Company, Montaup Electric Company, New England Power Company, Public Service Conpany of New Hampshire, The United Illuminating Company and the Vernont Electric Cooperative, Inc.

7590-01 2-On completion of a staff antitrust review, the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation will issue an initial finding as to whether there have been "signifi-cant changes" under Section 105c(2) of the Atomic Energy Act. A copy of this finding will be published in the Federal Reaister and will be sent to the Washington, D. C. and local public document rooms and to those persons providing comments or information in response to this notice.
If the initial finding con-cludes that there have not been any significant changes, requests for reevaluation may be submitted for a period of 30 days after the date of the Federal Reaister notice. Tt ? results of any reevaluations that are requested will be published in the Federal Register and copies sent to the Washington and local public docu-nent rooms.
A copy of the general information portion of the application for an operating license and the antitrust information submitted is available for public examina-tion and copying for a fee at the Commission's Public Document Room,1717 H Street, N. W., Washington, D. C.
20555, and in the local public document roon at the Waterford Public Library, Rope Ferry Road, Route 155, Waterford, Connecticut 06385.
Any person who desires additional information regarding the matter covered by this notice or who wishes to have his views considered with respect to signifi-cant changes related to antitrust matters which have occurred in the licensees' activities since the construction permit antitrust review should submit such l
