Locks (Combinations), Page (57) is hereby revised to show Federal' Specification FF-P-110F as the standard for combination locks in lieu of UL-768, This is done because there are no commercially available combination padlocks which meet the 20 man-hours of t
manipulation as specified by UL-768. NRC Regulatory Guide 5,12 and NURE6-0508 indicate that Federal Specification FF-P-110F is accepta bl e.
UNC-NP does not consider this change to decrease the effectiveness of physical security of Special Nuclear Material.
