This is in further response to your 1r t+er dated October 3,1982, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, all documents setting forth NRC policy concerning (1) the issuances of press releases by the NRC in connection with its enforcement and licensing activities and (2) the coverage of NRC licensing or other hearings by the media.
Ti.e documents listed on the appendix are being placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) located at 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC.
The NRC has not completed its review of the remaining documents subject to your request. We will respond as soon as that review is completed.
