[TTT1 l ture rapidly dropped 20? F.

This caused Drywell Air Temp. to fall and caused the l o l.1 l Drywell to Torus AP to drop below 1.7 psi. This drop in AP was in excess of that l o i s i l permitted by Tech. Spec. Section 3.7._A.9.

As a result of this event, there were no g

iil2i l water was rapidly cooled at an increased heat transfer rate. The increased rate was; Iil3l l unanticipated and caused the drop in the Drywell to Torus AP.

AP was promptly re-l m I stored and personnel have been instructed to anticipate this effect.
