ACRS OP.B#4 R/F This is in response to your letter of October 15, 1982 regarding changes to the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station Security Plan. We have determined that additional information is necessary in order to complete our evaluation of your proposed changes. Please respond to the coments coniained in the enclosure. Our enclosure and the enclosures to your October 15, 1982 letter contain Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and are, therefore, being withheld from public disclosure.
The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements contained in this letter affect fewer than 10 respondents; therefors, OMB clearance is not required under P.L. 96-51 I.
