The NRC was notified of the subject Deficiency Evaluation in the referenced telephone conversation, with a determination of report-ability to be made within thirty (30) days (January 17, 1983).
The Deficiency has subsequently been determined to be Not Reportable under the requirements of 10CFR50.55(e), therefore, no written report is required. Necessary documentation of the evaluation will be main-tained in APS files.
