Possible Diesel Generator Thermostatic valve Malfunctions
Dear Mr. Seidle:
This letter provides a status update on the investigation into a potential defect in the diesel generator thermostatic valve units as described in the Reference. This item is also the subject of a 10CFR21 Report filed by Colt Industries.
The status of the inspection anci any necessary rework will be reported on or before June 13, 198.2.
In the interim, please di;ect any questions on this matter to me or to Mr. Otto Maynard of my staff.
